This program is designed to maximize your learning and networking opportunities:

Speakers/CE- Industry leading speakers. Most speakers have HIGH-END conference experience and will provide education on industry relevant topics for all members of the dental community. 8 CE Credits to our in-person and virtual attendees.

Meals Included- Complimentary executive lunch with vendors for all in-person attendees.

Networking- Dedicated time to mingle and network during registration, scheduled breaks, and lunch.

Raffle Prizes- Vendors will each provide a unisex raffle prize valued at $50 minimum (not to include consulting session/evaluations/etc.)

Hotel Room Block- Exclusive access to special room block pricing at the event hotel. Includes nightly full-bar happy hour and chef-made breakfast. (additional opportunity to network and mingle with attendees and vendors staying at hotel)

12/11/25 Schedule- On-site sign-in will occur on the afternoon of 12/11/25.  There will be multiple special events on 12/11 that you will want to be there for, no later than a 5pm start time.  There will be an amazing dinner organized for the evening (self-pay).

12/12/25 Schedule- The meals and CE events on 12/12/25 will operate from 8am–6pm. Breaks are scheduled between each speaker. Hotel guests will receive complimentary breakfast on-site. Non-hotel guests may choose to purchase breakfast. An executive lunch will be provided for all attendees & vendors.

Attendance FAQ - Limited to 100 live attendees and unlimited virtual attendees. 

In-Person and Virtual attendance options will be sent by email in the upcoming days and certainly within the next week.  Every member of the Circle of Dental Excellence Education Series is eligible to attend all sessions in-person or virtually. However, once in-person maximum attendance is reached you will be able to attend virtually and be added to a wait list for in-person attendance.
