Lora Graetzer, a founding member of CODE, believes that what organically began as a small circle of like-minded individuals can evolve into a powerful network of professionals dedicated to advancing their skills and empowering each other to be better. 

Lora Graetzer, DAADOM, DISIPC is a seasoned dental professional with a passion for leadership, patient care, and personal growth. As the current Vice President of BAM Leadership League, Dental Systems Consultant at Zar Dental Consulting, and Office Administrator for Rita M. Kurek, D.D.S., P.A., she brings over two decades of experience to her roles.
She has been a Lifetime Member of AADOM since 2019 and has achieved the distinctions of Fellow (2020), Master (2023), and Diplomate (2024). She was awarded AADOM Practice Administrator of Distinction (2023) and Office Manager of Distinction (2024). Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her extensive background in finance and her pursuit of a Dental Radiation Technologist license and DISIPC (2022) designation issued by DANB/OAS.
With a deep understanding of patient acceptance and success, she believes in the power of knowledge and effective treatment plan presentations. Her ability to create a welcoming and efficient office environment has contributed to the success of Dr. Kurek's practice for 20 years.
When enjoying her personal endeavors, Lora loves spending time with her family exploring new outdoor adventures, including nature hikes and watersports.  Her personal growth practices include audiobooks, yoga, strength training, and mediation. Creating in the kitchen and experimenting with flavors adds a touch of spice to her life.
