C.O.D.E. provides the dental industry with a place to MASTERMIND daily over social media. C.O.D.E. provides a place to MASTERMIND virtually once a month over ZOOM with other program members and INDUSTRY-LEADING EXPERTS in all different areas of the dental community. Additionally, C.O.D.E. offers full-day CE events all over the country. Offices will experience the immense benefit of demonstrating to their entire team that their education and growth is both valued and supported. C.O.D.E. will lead the charge in offering these programs.
Daniel Schriftman, MBA, DAADOM
Daniel Schriftman is a business manager and coach. He earned his MBA with a focus on Human Resources.
Daniel coaches dental practices to run their business models more efficiently. He is the innovator of The Philadelphia Dentist, P.C., an emergency dental practice serving the Philadelphia community 365 days a year. Daniel has been in the dental industry for over 20 years and he is also a founder of Unicorn Professional Coaching, LLC, a burgeoning organization seeking to improve all aspects of the dental employer, employee, and patient experience.
Daniel is President of Dental Connection of the Delaware Valley, a Philadelphia area learning network for anyone in the dental field.
Daniel is a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) and earned his Fellowship (FAADOM) in 2020, his Masters (MAADOM) in 2022 and his AADOM Diplomate (DAADOM) in September of 2023. Most recently in 2025, Daniel was nominated for Office Manager of the Year.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 sons. They enjoy rooting for their Philadelphia sports teams, fishing, spending time in Ocean City, NJ, and fostering animals.
Daniel has a passion for learning. He believes that learning small things will lead to big successes in business and in life.
Daniel is considered an expert in all aspects of patient financing. He has piloted multiple financing programs for industry leading companies. He has also written multiple articles on the subject. Daniel wishes to provide other office managers with the tools at his disposal to improve their practices through the art of sales and patient financing.
Daniel is so proud of the work he and the Circle of Dental Excellence (CODE) are doing for the entire dental community. He says “Everyone in the Circle fills a need for the group and its members. Lora Graetzer, DAADOM, DISIPC
Lora Graetzer, a founding member of CODE, believes that what organically began as a small circle of like-minded individuals can evolve into a powerful network of professionals dedicated to advancing their skills and empowering each other to be better.
Lora Graetzer, DAADOM, DISIPC is a seasoned dental professional with a passion for leadership, patient care, and personal growth. As the current Vice President of BAM Leadership League, Dental Systems Consultant at Zar Dental Consulting, and Office Administrator for Rita M. Kurek, D.D.S., P.A., she brings over two decades of experience to her roles.
She has been a Lifetime Member of AADOM since 2019 and has achieved the distinctions of Fellow (2020), Master (2023), and Diplomate (2024). She was awarded AADOM Practice Administrator of Distinction (2023) and Office Manager of Distinction (2024). Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her extensive background in finance and her pursuit of a Dental Radiation Technologist license and DISIPC (2022) designation issued by DANB/OAS.
With a deep understanding of patient acceptance and success, she believes in the power of knowledge and effective treatment plan presentations. Her ability to create a welcoming and efficient office environment has contributed to the success of Dr. Kurek's practice for 20 years.
When enjoying her personal endeavors, Lora loves spending time with her family exploring new outdoor adventures, including nature hikes and watersports. Her personal growth practices include audiobooks, yoga, strength training, and mediation. Creating in the kitchen and experimenting with flavors adds a touch of spice to her life.
Sheri McVaugh, DAADOM
Sheri has over 30 years of experience in dentistry and business leadership, blending her early career in customer service, sales, and training, including time with the Walt Disney Company, with decades of dental practice management and team development. She entered the field by assisting a new dentist with his practice startup, where she developed marketing strategies, built local business networks, and created policies and procedures. To further support patient care, Sheri trained in dental assisting and rapidly expanded her role into office management.
Sheri values lifelong learning and considers educational opportunities a gift. She earned her Fellowship distinction with AADOM in 2023, her Mastership in 2024, and her Diplomate in 2025.
Building on her commitment to professional growth, Sheri founded the Susquehanna Valley PA Dental Connection (SVPADC) in 2016, an AADOM-recognized Dental Professional Learning Network (DPLN). Her passion lies in customer service across all aspects of patient care and in supporting and encouraging dental teams and doctors. She has coached, educated, and spoken at continuing education events both locally and within SVPADC.
Sheri is also a strong advocate for mental health. She has authored several articles on protecting mental health, served on the board of a youth-focused nonprofit addressing depression and suicide, and participates as a family in suicide prevention awareness and fundraising efforts.
Residing in Pennsylvania, Sheri values work-life balance and enjoys hiking local trails, antiquing, thrifting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. With both daughters working as artisans, she also enjoys assisting them at markets and craft fairs.
Sheri is proud to help dental teams grow and thrive through the Circle of Dental Excellence (CODE).
